Student Government

G-Star Student Government elections, held the third week of September, yielded a fresh group of eager students, ready to help G-Star grow!  Our officers include a presidential committee, vice president and treasurer.  G-Star students elected a presidential committee including each of the candidates for president, and in doing so chose a dynamic, diverse and energetic group.  A second round of elections on October 25 will fill the vacant seats for Treasurer, 10th grade representative 11th grade representative, and 12th grade representative.

Student Government meets once a month (the second even day of the first week, 2nd block from 7:30 –8:00am), and the officers meet again (the second even day of the third week, 2nd block from 7:30-8:00am)  in J-111.  Current projects include: improving on-campus communication regarding student and school activities/deadlines, and regenerating the vandalism taskforce.
